What does the process look like from start to finish?

Every engagement runs the same five steps. Week one, we listen, getting into your numbers, calls, and customers. Day seven, you get a clear plan of what is broken and how we will fix it. Weeks two to eight, we build the fix inside your tools and with your team. Weeks four to ten, we do the actual work to move your numbers. Weeks eleven to twelve, we hand everything over, playbooks, dashboards, and a clear call on what to hire next. You keep the system after we leave. See the full process   

You get a clear plan within seven days. Real changes in your numbers usually show within the first several weeks, depending on what we are fixing. Leads and sales move faster. Retention takes a little longer to show in the data. We track everything in real time so you see progress as it happens, not at the end.
Less than you think. We need access to your tools and a few hours of your time in the first week. After that, we work in your Slack and CRM alongside your team. You are not filling out questionnaires or doing homework. We do the digging.
We work inside what you already have. We are not here to sell you software or rebuild your stack. We wire everything into how you already work so it sticks after we leave.

We will not pretend revenue outcomes can be guaranteed, too much depends on your market, your product, and timing. What we do guarantee is honesty and skin in the game. You will see progress in real numbers within the first weeks, not at the end of twelve. And when we believe in the plan, we stay until it is working, even if that runs past the original timeline.
If we ever think we are not moving the needle, we tell you straight. We do not keep billing for work that is not working. When we believe in the plan, we stay until it is done. If we do not believe the plan is the right fix, we say so and stop. We would rather lose the engagement than waste your time and money.
We will tell you on the first call. If your problem is not something we can fix, or you are too early for what we do, we say so. We would rather pass than take money we cannot earn back for you.
Yes, and we are upfront about them. We need real access to your tools, your team, and your data. We cannot fix what we cannot see. If we are working with incomplete information or a team that is not bought in, outcomes are harder to guarantee. That is why the first week is about listening, not touching anything.
It means that when we commit to a plan, we see it through. We do not hand over a document and disappear. We are in your Slack, in your CRM, and on your calls. If something is not working, we adjust. If it genuinely cannot be fixed in the agreed scope, we tell you before you have spent more money finding out.
