Is this a sales call?

No. It is a diagnostic call. We will ask about your revenue situation and tell you what we think is broken. If it makes sense to work together, we will say so. If it does not, we will tell you that too.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing formal. Have a rough sense of your current ARR, where you are losing deals or customers, and how long it has been an issue. That is enough for us to make the call useful.

What if I am not ready to hire?

That is fine. Book anyway. Worst case, you get 30 minutes of clarity on what is broken and what to do about it. No obligation, no follow-up pressure.

How quickly can you start?

Depends on the project and current availability. We will be upfront on the call. If timing does not work, we will tell you.

What if it does not work out?

We will not pretend revenue outcomes can be guaranteed. What we will promise is honesty. You will see progress in real numbers within the first weeks, not at the end. When we believe in the plan, we stay until it is working, even if that runs past the original timeline. If we ever think we are not the right fix, we say so before you spend more money finding out.

What happens after the call?

If there is a fit, we will outline what an engagement looks like and send you a clear proposal within 48 hours. No vague next steps, no chasing. If there is no fit, you walk away with a clearer picture of what to do next, even if it is not with us.
