B2B SaaS founders have been drowning in frameworks, strategy decks, and consultant-speak ever since we can remember. Everyone had a model. Nobody was actually fixing anything.
Across years of working in B2B SaaS, we kept seeing the same thing: smart founders stuck, not because they lacked talent, but because they’d been handed advice that sounded great on paper and fell apart in practice.
So we built the company we wished those founders had. One that gets into the actual work and fixes what’s broken, instead of handing over another report.
We’re not clueless. We just know most revenue problems aren’t as complicated as consultants make them sound.
